MBL – Terms of Use

Welcome to MBL, a product of MyBettingLeague, Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MBL mobile application (“App”), which is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
By downloading, accessing, or using MBL, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years of age or older to use this App.
- By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2. App Description
MBL combines elements of fantasy sports and social wagering. Users participate in leagues where they make game predictions (“picks”) and manage a virtual bankroll. Users do not wager real money through the App, and we do not function as a casino or hold funds or bets on behalf of any users. Leagues are competitive and for entertainment purposes only.
3. Fees & Payment
- User Platform Fee: Each user pays a $5 platform fee per league joined.
- Commissioner League Fee: League commissioners pay a $5 fee per league created, which is refunded if 5 or more users join the league.
- No Refunds: All fees are non-refundable, regardless of league activity, user behavior, or outcomes.
4. No Gambling or Real Money Wagering
The App does not enable or facilitate real-money gambling. All competition is for entertainment and social engagement purposes. We do not collect, hold, or distribute any gambling winnings or stakes.
5. No User-Generated Content or Messaging
- MBL does not permit user-generated content (UGC).
- MBL does not include any form of user-to-user messaging or communication features.
6. Code of Conduct
By using the App, you agree to:
- Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Not attempt to manipulate or interfere with the fairness or integrity of leagues.
- Not engage in harassment, abuse, or any offensive behavior through gameplay.
7. Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any activity that harms the App, its users, or the integrity of its operations.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality in the App are owned by MyBettingLeague, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
MBL is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes means you agree to the revised Terms. The latest version will always be available in the App or on our website.
